Yes! Agents can now list up to 10 properties for free on our marketplace. In addition, agents can create an account and draft tenancy contracts with tenants and landlords. Contracts can also be digitally signed on Rently with Singpass.

Details of the tenant and landlord are necessary in order for Rently Care applications to be approved, for the following reasons:
- Rently carries out a strict KYC protocol to verify the identities and residential statuses of both the tenant and landlord
- Tenants undergo AML and credit score checks before approval of their Rently Care application
- Landlords are required to confirm and verify their bank account details to ensure correct remittance of the security deposit
- Landlords are required to acknowledge and digitally sign on the terms and conditions that apply with the Rently Care service, and provide consent to their enrollment into the complimentary insurance policy underwritten by Chubb.
